Butterfly drawing – instruction how to paint a butterfly
To make it easier for you to follow, I mark all newly drawn lines in red. If you’ve got everything ready, let’s get started!
Time needed: 10 minutes
In this post, I will show you how to draw a cute butterfly.
- First step
Start drawing a little lower than the middle of the page so that there is also room for beautiful wings. Draw a circle for the head and a long cylinder for the body of the worm.
- We draw wings
On both sides of the worm, at the top, draw two slightly triangular loops.
- Wings second part
Now we make similar loops at the bottom. One on the left and the other on the right of our butterfly worm.
- Wing rings and antennae
On the worm’s head we draw two bent antennae ending with balls. Draw a circle in the corner of each wing.
- How to draw a butterfly
Make two more lines on each wing. So that one of them connects to the circle, and the other extends the wings to the end. Lead them from the worm to the end of the wing.
- Butterfly coloring book
